About Us

Born and Raised in Southwest Colorado

We calve in late spring to coincide with warm weather and lush spring grass. Cows and calves spend their summers foraging for native grasses and plants and their winters in pastures with ample shelter and supplemental forage harvested from our own fields.

Exceptional Quality and Taste

All natural beef raised on native pasture grasses and finished on a custom forage and grain ration. No antibiotics or growth hormones added.

Custom Cut and Pack
